No. You can start from zero, and there is enough depth for those who already work with video. You will make your first finished video right after the first lesson.

Basic: modules 1–11, after which you confidently make strong AI videos. Ultimate adds modules 12 and 13: formats and viral content, packaging a portfolio of five works in different formats and earning from AI video, including your own agency. VIP includes everything in Ultimate plus a month of personal mentoring with Nazar: a personal chat, 4 online meetings, a possible in-person meeting, and joint work on your portfolio and five graduation videos.
Basic and Ultimate have no curator or homework review: you do the assignments on your own and ask questions at the Q&A sessions. The community group chat is part of Ultimate and VIP. Personal mentoring is only in the VIP plan.
